I have 30 years experience as a risk management specialist and particular skills in safety & health, fire risk management, investigation and business continuity practice. I provide safety advice to clients operating in risk critical areas.
I spent 36 years working for Lancashire Fire Service where I spent time as a specialist fire safety officer working on major building projects. I retired in 2008 as Head of Operational Risk Management and went to teach at the University of Central Lancashire, teaching health safety & environmental management, fire safety, fire investigation and business continuity to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
